With an area of over 900m2, our machining workshop is continually developing. In this way, we ensure that we keep pace with all the latest technological developments. We have achieved DIN EN ISO 9001 quality management certification and use measurement machines equipped with infrared and swivel-mounted cameras to continually monitor and improve our processes. Our commitment to ongoing target comparisons is also of key importance in quality control. The linking of our  measurement machines with our grinding centre brings added precision to the production process, as does the way we measure of rotary tools during rotation. Last but not least, as requested by customers, we generate automated testing protocols during the production of new tools. These protocols help to further minimise potential sources of error.
